The Greater Sudbury Airport’s Pass Office manages the various security components for access to the restricted area.

Airport personnel can schedule an appointment with the Pass Office for:

• RAIC & Transportation Security Clearance

• AVOP: Airside Vehicle Operator’s Permit

• AVIP: Airside Vehicle Inspection Program

• ROC-A: Aeronautical Certificate

• Employee Parking Permit

• Airport Employee ID Card with FUEL ACCESS for non-RAIC holders

Where Are We Located?

Once inside the terminal building, turn to your right and go through the security door past the airline customer service area. Proceed straight down the hallway to the very end and turn left to access the hallway leading directly to the Pass Office.

Missed Appointments or Missing Information

Any missed appointments or missing documentation for a scheduled meeting will be billed to your employer. Please review the checklist of required documents for each scheduled appointment.
