Chennai captain MS Dhoni says it’s a good time to announce his retirement, but the hardest part for him is training for 9 months and coming into the second season. He adds that as people have followed him to different arenas and expressed their love, he feels they deserve to come back and play another season. He mentions that the simple thing is that this is the last part of his career, and when he walks out, he hears people’s names and tears come to his eyes. Claims they want to see him come back which he will and play as well as he can. I think the fans love me for who I am and love being down to earth. He says that he plays any form of cricket, anyone can play because there is nothing orthodox about them. Informs that he wants to be true to himself and that’s what they like. They say that every trophy you win, be it a bilateral series or a tournament, is a team game and they want to play together. He adds that people should be prepared for difficult situations. Admittedly mistakes were made and he didn’t get off to a good start in this match either as the batting didn’t do its job but the batting department took over. He says he is uncomfortable because he is also human but tries to walk in their shoes to see what happened. He knows that different people handle stress differently and he wants to prepare them to handle the situation. The special thing about Ambati Rayudu is that when he is off the field he gives his 100% and when he is on the field he will never get a fair play award. He added that they played together against India A and felt that he would do something special in this match that he would never forget.
